Why TCA?
True Change Associates (TCA) was founded in 2015 based on a vision of creating a more just and equitable world. We live in a very diverse society, getting more diverse by the day, yet challenges related to this diversity abound - in the news, on our college campuses and in our workplaces. However, the conversations seem to be stuck in a surface level, binary structure that will never get us to lasting change. TCA is ready to dive deeper into the more challenging dialogue that understands the historical context and the ever-evolving complexities of today’s world. Our mission is to work in community with others in helping people and organizations move through personal growth to creating lasting institutional change around equity and inclusion.
When working with TCA you have access to our Associates - a vast network of professionals and consultants across the country with various skills and specialities in the area of Diversity & Inclusion. To support our belief in the community aspect of this work, we will bring in the right Associates to match your needs.
